This includes constructing an individualized program based on information gathered during the assessment sessions, creating a blueprint for success.
This involves implementing your new customized powerlifting program at the gym. You are now granted 24/7 gym access, receive daily training feedback from your coach via training app, and reoccurring coaching sessions throughout the month to ensure success.
